IN-PERSON LESSONS

Tess offers fully customized, hands-on training for professional groomers and grooming salon teams throughout South Florida, as well as pet owners looking to learn how to maintain their pets coats at home!

Each training session is tailored to you + your teams specific goals, skill level, and areas of interest

Some examples of training topics include:

• Bathing, drying, and coat preparation techniques
• Doodle grooming and managing a variety of coat types and textures
• Teddy bear faces and Asian Fusion styling
• Show-inspired Schnauzer trims for your every day pet

The goal is always to level-up you and your team's grooming skills in a way that is attainable, realistic for the every day salon, and tailored to you so that you learn and improve on exactly the kind of grooms you are doing every day!

Available select Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Non-local salons are responsible for travel fees.

HANDS-ON WORKSHOP - Full Day - $1,300

6.5 hours of private training

Includes live instructional demonstration of groom from start to finish
Students will work on their own dogs (these can be regular salon scheduled dogs!)
Guided hands-on coaching with students on their dogs
Live Q+A

HANDS-ON WORKSHOP - Half-Day - $700

3,5 hours of private training

Students will work on their own dogs (these can be regular salon scheduled dogs!)
Guided hands-on coaching with students on their dogs
Live Q+A

SEMINAR STYLE WORKSHOP - $850

2-3 hours of seminar-style teaching

Live demonstration on one dog from start to finish
Breakdown of techniques
Product + tool discussion and reccomendation
Q+A Session

Seminar may be open to the public. Host is responsible for collecting + retaining all payments.

FOR PET PARENTS - $300

1.5 hours of hands on instruction

Curated list of necessary items needed to maintain your dog at home
- Table, dryers, brushes, combs etc.
Product recommendations for your dogs specific skin + coat needs
- Shampoo, conditioner, brushing + finishing sprays
1.5 hours of hands on training with you + your dog where we will complete a full bath, blow dry, + brush out to ensure you are able to confidently maintain a long + luscious coat at home. Can include basic trimming maintenance such as cleaning up the eyes + bangs without ruining their haircut, how to file nails, or clip paw pads.

Lessons for pet parents take place at my home in Palmetto Bay. If you would like me to come to you via mobile salon or inside your home, additional fees apply based off location.
