We are 100% self-contained, temperature controlled, luxury mobile grooming salon where we come to YOU, & every appointment is done as an express service. This means your pet is not sitting in a crate while waiting his turn in an assembly-line style grooming salon. Each dog is groomed start to finish with NO cage drying or forceful techniques. This process allows for a less stressed, more comfortable dog.
We believe that grooming should be viewed as an enjoyable part of a dog's life. It is our goal to make sure your pup's time with us is fun, relaxing, and overall beneficial to his or her well-being by providing high-quality, gentle, one-on-one care. We are the only Fear Free Certified grooming salon in Miami! We are also CPR certified.
A clean pet is a healthy pet! To insure that every dog we care for is comfortable and feeling his/her best, we require clients to be on a 1-, 2-, 3-, or 4 week schedule in order to remain en route.
Our goal is to establish a relationship with you and your pet. Every dog that passes through these doors is considered a part of our family. You can count on us for advice, tips, tricks, or any other questions you might have about your pets!
We are registered with the NDGAA. Tess is Master Certified in NON-SPORTING & TERRIERS.
Certifying through any grooming organization is not required in order to work in the grooming industry. We do it because we love what we do and believe that being up-to-date on all of the most recent styles, products, and having our work critiqued by master groomers is absolutely necessary in order to provide the highest quality service. We are able to provide show grooms with the dogs conformation in mind to the Bedlington Terrier, Shetland Sheepdog, and Golden Retriever. We are able to provide show quality finishes on all breeds in both breed standard trims and personality pet trims trims,

We receive a high amount of new inquiries daily. Please allow up to 1 week for a response on new client inquiries as our busy salon, show, & competition schedules take up a lot of our time! Due to fluctuation in traffic & other unforeseen circumstances, there is an hour-long arrival window for every appointment consisting of 30-minutes prior to the appointment time to
30-minutes after.
For example, a 2:00PM appointment has an arrival window of 1:30PM - 2:30PM.
Your dog must be available during the full arrival window.
CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING must be made at least 48 business hours in advance via phone call or text message. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the average groom price per dog, or $50 (whichever is higher). We take all emergency situations into consideration, and ultimately request transparent & prompt communication should an emergency situation arise!
There is a 15 minute courtesy window when we arrive. If we are unable to begin our work within the courtesy window, it is considered a no-show & will incur late cancellation fee. If client is unavailable to receive their dog upon completion, any additional time spent waiting may be added to your bill.
1st appointment clients with late cancellations / no shows will not be eligible for another appointment.
